CAHMS support young people who struggle with mental health and emotional wellbeing, anxiety and worries, sleep, depression and low mood, trauma and other issues. We have created five videos which unpack what these different difficulties feel like and suggestions for what could help you feel better.

These videos are also available in Dari, Tigrinya, Oromo and Arabic and we encourage any social workers, teachers, parents and young people to watch these and distribute with any young people or colleagues who may benefit. These languages were chosen as they reflect those most widely spoken in our local community. Find the videos with subtitles and in other languages on our YouTube channel.
