The Trust has noted that your questions relate to the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists, we do not believe that such organisation exists.
We have a Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists, which is the professional body for psychotherapists who have trained at our Trust, the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and our responses given below relate to this entity only.

The Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists outgoing and expenses are provided in the following attachments:
- Att 1 25-26277 Annual Report and Accounts April 2018 to March 2019 and April 2019 to December 2019
- Att 2 25-26277 Annual Report and Accounts 2020 to 2021
- Att 3 25-26277 Annual Report and Accounts 2021 to 2022
- Att 4 25-26277 Annual Report and Accounts 2022 to 2023 and 2023 to 2024.

As you will have seen from the above attachments, the cumulative position for all the yars is break-even/small loss.
a. The loss in 22/23 was offset by the surplus in 23/24 by the allocation of income to each period.
b. Whilst it might appear that income was understated in 22/23 and greater membership income was allocated to 23/24, understanding of what period payments actually related to was not exact in the year end adjustment assumptions. The two periods together broke even.
