Welcome our new governors
We are delighted to announce three new governors have joined our council.
The Council of Governors guide the Trust when making decisions that affect our staff and service users.
We had vacancies for external Governors representing our members in Camden, and our members in the Rest of London. For the first time, we also welcome a Staff Governor representing our education and training work.
The following candidates ran unopposed:
- Dr Maz Afridi is the new public governor representing members in Camden
- Simon Yu Tan is the new public governor representing members in the Rest of London
- Simon Carrington is the new staff governor representing education and training

John Carrier, governor representing Camden, was also re-elected for a second term.
Paul Jenkins, Chief Executive of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust said:
