Publication scheme

In accordance with part 8.1 of s45 the FOI Code of Practice and s19 of FOIA, the Trust is committed to making information available to the public as part of our normal business activities.

We publish information about our Trust under the seven classes of information, as outlined in the model publication scheme for health bodies, and as approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office, which is valid until further notice.

Who we are and what we do

Organisational information, locations and contacts, constitutional and legal governance. 

What we spend and how we spend it

Financial information relating to projected and actual income and expenditure, tendering, procurement and contracts.

  • Annual reports and accounts These include:

    • Head of Internal Audit Opinion (eg 2023/24 annual accounts pages 75-76)
    • Categorised analysis of spend (eg 2023/24 annual accounts page 114)

  • Supplier spend exceeding £25,000 a month
  • Trade Union facility time, shown in the annual accounts (eg 2023/24 annual accounts page 42)
  • Senior staff salaries in £5,000 bands, shown in the annual accounts (eg 2023/24 annual accounts pages 34-35)
