This is an information request relating to Pride month 2025.  Please include the following information:

  1. Whether any events have been organised for Pride month. If so please provide the date, start and end time, and title/topic of the event
  2. Whether any LGBT themed merchandise has been purchased for Pride month. i.e. since the beginning of the 2025/26 financial year. If so please provide me with information on what has been purchased and the cost
  3. Whether the organisation have sponsored any Pride events. If so which events and please provide details of the nature of the sponsorship (particularly the financial value)

Two events that were organised for Pride Month –

a. An onsite picnic (11/06/25 12:00hrs-13:00hrs) and

b. The hidden queer history of Fitzrovia guided walk which was organised by UCLH. see attached flyer (25/06/25 17:30hrs-19:15hrs (email address of the organizer has been redacted)

2. Whether any LGBT themed merchandise has been purchased for Pride month. i.e. since the beginning of the 2025/26 financial year. If so please provide me with information on what has been purchased and the cost

We have not bought any LGBT themed merchandise this financial year 25/26.

  1. Whether the organisation have sponsored any Pride events. If so which events and please provide details of the nature of the sponsorship (particularly the financial value)

Pride Picnic, £90.50 was spent on refreshments provided by an onsite caterer.
