No working group on suicidality in gender services was set up.

Att D: A workshop was held in December 2022 on learning from deaths and the slides from this workshop are attached as Att D

Att E: There is, however, a recently set up Mortality Review Group who have held an initial meeting. Terms of Reference for this group were agreed, attached as Att E.

Att F: A presentation made to the Board of Directors Meeting, Part 1 in April 23 reviewed mortality over a given period
