Appointed December 2024 – first term

I have worked at the Trust since 2008, joining as an administrator and now in my current roles are Operational Team Manager and Chair of the Race Equality Staff Network. I have developed a deep understanding of our vision, mission and values, and I am passionate about contributing to our continued success.

I am committed to upholding and promoting our Trust’s values of excellence, inclusivity, compassion, and respect. I will continue to work closely with the board; to ensure that the voices of all our staff, patients and families are heard and that our values remain at the heart of everything I do. I believe that by strengthening our internal culture and adopting a supportive, equitable workplace we as a Trust will continue to deliver outstanding healthcare and support for our patients and staff.

My experiences have equipped me with the skills and insight to advocate change. I have worked extensively to foster inclusivity, champion equality, and create a more supportive environment for both staff and patients. I will champion the need for diverse perspectives to be represented and integrated into our governance and decision-making processes.
