Louise Edwards

Louise worked with the Adolescent and Young Adult Service (AYAS) as a Receptionist/Administrator from 2020 to 2023. In this role, she developed a strong understanding of the value of building rapport with patients within an administrative setting and was at the forefront of collecting patient feedback.

She is a graduate of the NHS Leadership Academy’s Edward Jenner Programme, completed in 2021. Louise is keen to apply her leadership skills to increase feedback engagement and get involved with relevant service improvement projects.
