Help to shape our response to Change NHS
Change NHS – the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England’s ‘national conversation’ on the future of health services – is seeking views from NHS services across the country, including here at the Tavistock and Portman.
As part of the programme, we have been asked to submit a Trust-wide response in December and now need your help to shape it.
Change NHS wants feedback in three key areas – prevention, technology and care in the community – and is also keen to know what’s working well, and what needs to change.
So that our response captures the views and ideas of our patients, staff, students, and public, we have launched our very own Tavistock and Portman Change NHS survey, as well as an interactive ideas board, where you can respond to, and vote for, other people’s ideas.
The exercise closes on Thursday 28 November 2024. All contributions are completely anonymous.
We do hope you take some time to submit your ideas – all feedback is welcome and supports us in our response.
