Congratulations to our Brighton-bound cyclists for their Tavistock and Portman Charity fundraising

A huge thanks and congratulations to our Trust staff, friends and family who joined the iconic London to Brighton Bike Ride to raise funds for the Tavistock and Portman Charity‘s fledgling bursary programme.

It was a very warm day, but many of us cooled off with a swim in the sea at the end and we raised £2395 for the charity. Thanks to all who cheered us on. Special mention to Rachel James, Clinical Services Director, who came off her bike and is now recovering after a few days in hospital. Rachel’s a committed Trustee at the charity and I know we’re all sending her our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
