Art submissions needed for upcoming Veterans exhibition

Arts Project and OpCourage are set to hold a major art exhibition this summer at St Pancras Hospital, to showcase the creative talents of veterans.

The exhibition, taking place on Thursday 27 June, will run for 3 months and feature multimedia content from veterans and selected supporters. Over the course of the exhibition, there will be a range of events such as talks, spoken musical evenings, film events and panel discussions.

For over 20 years, Arts Project have presented 375 exhibitions including ‘The Way Ahead’ in 2014, which was a tribute to veterans’ recovery journey.

For this upcoming exhibition, the curators are looking for people to consider sharing and displaying their artwork. They would like a mix of media including painting, drawing, poetry, origami, sculpture, needlework, sound, music, installation and film. The exhibition may include work from other veteran organisations and selected supporters.

To make a submission, fill out the application form (docx) and return it to Peter Herbert (theartsproject1@gmail.com) before midnight 19 May.
