  1. ADHD and Autism Assessments:
    • Please provide information on the current ADHD and Autism assessment backlog within your Trust.
    • Specifically, how many assessments for both children and adults are pending and the timescales?

  3. If your Trust is not currently using private healthcare providers to help reduce or clear this assessment backlog, would you consider doing so now or in the future?

  1. ADHD and Autism Assessments:
    • Please provide information on the current ADHD and Autism assessment backlog within your Trust.

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust does not provide ADHD assessment, screening, nor treatment services to which your question relates.

The Trust provides Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessment, and treatment for young people aged 12-18 years only.  The backlog stood at 321 awaiting assessment as at 31 August 2021.

  • Specifically, how many assessments for both children and adults are pending and the timescales?
