3. Names and contact information for staff members at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust who are responsible for procuring and managing the above contracts.

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is a small specialist mental health Trust, and not a hospital.

We provide outpatient, and mainly psychological services via talking therapies. We do not provide acute services, nor inpatient patient services, nor detention facilities, and do not have an A&E department.

The Trust has a contract for taxi services with Green Tomato Cars, this is a rolling contract on a PAYG basis, with no upfront contractual costs.

Your request for information about transport, courier and delivery services is otherwise not applicable to our Trust as we do provide patient transport, nor use courier nor delivery services to which this information would apply.
