Nil. We use translation agencies, and make individual bookings for each session individually.

  1. The hourly pay for in-house interpreters

Not applicable.  See response to Q2 above

  1. What languages do they cover

All required languages, as we would only use an agency who could supply the language service/s specifically required.

  1. Total number of in-person/face to face interpreting sessions booked (break down by language and clinical area)

We do not hold our translation and interpreting data and costs centrally, nor in a way that enables us to split out the different types of language services used, nor split out booking volumes and price per booking type, as we have a single accounting code to record all types of interpreting and translating, and so it is all coded and reported alike as a single expenditure type.
