Not applicable. See our response to Question 1 above

No

No
- Are there specialist male fertility clinicians or andrologists within your fertility teams?#
No. The Trust does not have any fertility teams. However we have a qualified endocrinologist within our Gender Identity Clinic who has this expertise, but does not practice this at our Trust.
- Are counselling services offered specifically for male patients regarding fertility issues?
All GIC patients are advised carefully to consider fertility preservation in advance of any endocrine treatment offered by the Trust’s Gender Identity Clinic (GIC). The actual provision of that treatment, however, would have to be provided elsewhere by local NHS services
- If you are unable to provide any counselling services, do you proactively signpost to other peer support or community services?
See our response to question 6 above.
