It is important for your contextual understanding of the Trust’s responses below that you are aware that The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is a small specialist mental health Trust, and not a hospital.  We provide outpatient, and mainly psychological, services.  We do not provide acute services, nor inpatient patient services, nor detention facilities,  and do not have an  A&E department.

1. The most current organisational chart for the recruitment department, including the full names, emails, and roles of individuals within the team.

Not applicable.  The Trust does not have a recruitment department, as our recruitment is outsourced to North London Partners Shared Service, a joint partnership of eight Trusts.

2. A breakdown of the 2023 recruitment advertising spend, specifying the amount allocated to each source. This breakdown should include, but not be limited to, expenditures on social media, events, publications, job boards, LinkedIn, and any other recruitment channels employed by Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust .

a. £13,786 over several web-based job boards for our Dept of Education and Training.

b. Nil spend for other sources of recruitment advertising as this is done via NHS jobs which does not carry a cost per advertisement.
