No N/A – no medical procedures in the Trust | No N/A | All children and young people mental health teams are required to complete a mandatory patient reported outcome measure, the Goal Based Outcome (GBO) measure, and a clinician reported outcome measure, the Children’s Global Assessment Scale (CGAS). In addition, practitioners may choose to add additional clinically meaningful outcome measures according to patient need, such as the RCADS to measure depression and anxiety symptoms for 8-17 year-olds. In addition, all patients and their parent/carers are invited to complete an Evaluation of Service Questionnaire (ESQ). |
