  1. Copies of any public involvement policies relevant to The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust Gender Identity Clinic
    1. and/or Terms of Reference for any patient forums, advisory groups or similar run by the Clinic.
  2. A list of any public involvement activities carried out by the Clinic or the Trust about the Cass Review.
  3. Copies of any presentations or documentation used by the Clinic or the Trust for public involvement about the Cass Review.
