This exemption covers personal information about individuals working for third parties and where complying with the request would contravene the UK General Protection Regulation or the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data is information that relates to a living person and from which that person could be identified, either from the data alone, or when combined with other information already known or which may become available to an individual or organisation, including information which the Trust may be forced to disclose under the FOIA.
