I am interested in learning how my NI is spent and key contacts that deal with the areas in my spread sheet.

Please be advised that we are withholding post holders names and their direct contact details as our Trust’s policy is not to release into the public domain, the names of staff who are below Director level. This is explained in more detail in the attached annex to our FOI procedure, which is attached for your perusal.

This data is also exempt under Section 40(2) of the FOIA, Personal information about third parties, where complying with the request would contravene the UK General Protection Regulation or the Data Protection Act 2018. This is an absolute exemption that does not require the authority to carry out the public interest test.

We note that your request included an excel spreadsheet for completion, however in line with recent guidance issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office Information Commissioner’s Office – Advisory note to public authorities | ICO , and in order to mitigate risk to personal information, this Trust no longer provides data as excel spreadsheets/workbooks. Accordingly, the Trust’s response data has been attached as csv file, and for our own reference has been pasted into the body of this response, as above.
