GIDS Presentation to GIDS Staff on suicides before/after Dec20

A presentation was being given by the “Named Doctor for Safeguarding Children” to staff at the GIDS, which at least in part covered suicides by young people on the waiting list. It reportedly included a statistic of 16 deaths by suicide on the waiting list in the three years since dec 1st 2020, and a comparative one death prior to that date.
Presumably presentation dates to sometime after Dec 1st 2023 but before the GIDS closed on 24th march 2024. I would like to request, under the FOIA 2000:

A presentation broadly matching your description was presented by Named Doctor for Safeguarding Children to GIDS clinicians around November 2021. The Trust does not hold the exact date this presentation was made, as our electronic calendars on Outlook do not hold data going back this far.
