The Good Law Project claim to have been in touch with you regarding the fact that in the seven years before the Bell High Court decision (on 1 December 2020) there was one death of a young trans person on the GIDS waiting list but in the three years afterwards sixteen deaths.
- Please can you provide all internal correspondence that took place regarding the contact the Good Law Project made with your trust.
- The Good Law Project claim these figures came from a presentation to Tavistock staff given by the Named Doctor for Safeguarding Children. Please can you provide a copy of this presentation.
- They also claim that they have seen emails were sent to the post-holder expressing concerns about those numbers and that after much chasing they promise to set up a working group. Please can you provide details of any working groups setup regarding suicides and other safety incidents of those on the GIDS waiting list.

No such working group was set up, therefore the Trust does not hold data on setting up working groups regarding suicides and other safety incidents for those on the waiting list.
