  1. What software do you use for your payroll, hr and finance solutions, ,

i. HR: ESR (Electronic Staff Record), which is a tailored version of Oracle HRMS12

ii. Payroll – ESR

iii. Finance – Oracle

a) how much annually do you spend on each and when does each contract expire?

i. ESR is nationally procured by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) on behalf of NHS organisations in England and Wales.

ii. Payroll is outsourced to Civica

Contract expires August 2025

Annual spend:  £42,000 per annum

iii. Finance System Oracle was outsourced to Shared Business Services (SBS) by NHS Digital, who have now merged with NHS England.

None.  They are paid by NHS business Services Agency (NHSBSA).
