I would like to request the following data for the calendar year 2024 at your trust.
- Total number of identified cases of overpayment of an employee. (reasons could include LTFT being paid full time, erroneous pay band, employee continuing to be paid after employment had ended).
- Total cost incurred from the above.
- Total cost recovered from the above.
- If available, any data on the reasons for the errors being made (e.g. miscommunication with departments).
