1. Total number of identified cases of overpayment of an employee. (reasons could include LTFT being paid full time, erroneous pay band, employee continuing to be paid after employment had ended).
2. Total cost incurred from the above.
3. Total cost recovered from the above.
4. If available, any data on the reasons for the errors being made (e.g. miscommunication with departments).
