  1. How do you manage your board meetings (organise agenda, minutes etc)? Do you use a committee meeting management software such as a board portal (CMIS, Modern.Gov, iBabs etc) or just emails etc?

  1. How do you manage your board meetings (organise agenda, minutes etc)? Do you use a committee meeting management software such as a board portal (CMIS, Modern.Gov, iBabs etc) or just emails etc?

All meeting papers, including agenda and minutes for all committee/board meeting are uploaded onto the meetings portal by the relevant administrator.  The software used will change to Boardeffect from August 2024 onwards (same supplier).

August 2025, and reviewed probably around March 2025

  1. How many users are on the board portal/management solution?

Circa 50 users

  1. What is your overall cost and cost per user?

The annual Virtual Boardroom licence fee is £4,294 excl VAT plus £858 per additional room.  This licence is not based on a cost per user, though additional users joining post contract commencement date would be charged at £120 each.
