2. Cabling as a Service / Network as a Service Contracts:

a. Please provide the start and end dates for any structured cabling contracts your organisation has in place.

b. Who are the incumbent suppliers for these services?

c. Who in your organisation manages these contracts?

3. Preferred Suppliers List:

a. Do you maintain a preferred supplier list for data cabling-related installation and maintenance work? This could also include the installation and maintenance of the server/ communications room.

b. If so, who is responsible for this list, and could you provide their contact details?

4. Upcoming Cabling Projects: Does your organisation have large projects coming up that require significant cabling installations?

5. Building Infrastructure Maintenance: Who is responsible for the maintenance of your organisation’s building infrastructure? Please provide their contact details.

Before reading our responses to your questions, as set out below, it may be helpful for you to know that The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist mental health Trust, and not a hospital.  We provide outpatient, and mainly psychological, services.  We do not provide acute services, nor inpatient services, nor detention facilities, and do not have an  A&E department.
