2. For the same financial years, how many shifts did this represent? Please provide a breakdown of how many of these agency shifts were for doctors, how many were for nurses and how many were for midwives.
3. Please detail how many of these shifts exceeded the maximum hourly rate of 55% above a worker’s basic substantive pay rate.
