Please can I request the following information:

  1. Total agency spend for Doctors between January 2025 – Present
  2. The breakdown of this spend by grade of doctor i.e. Consultant/SPR/SHO/GP and also specialty i.e. Old Age Psychiatry/General Psychiatry
  3. Total off framework spend for the same period
  4. Breakdown of grade and department the off framework spend was used in.
  5. The breakdown of spend between Direct Engagement placements and Non Direct Engagement placements.
  6. Of the non direct engagement spend – what departments and grade of doctor was this used in?
  7. List of all of the Service/General Managers and rota Co-Ordinator’s at the trust including departments they look after.

We only have the one placement hired from a temp agency

For contextual purposes, please kindly note that the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is a small specialist NHS mental health trust with a focus on training and education, as well as providing a full range of mental health services and therapies for children and their families, young people and adults.

We provide outpatient, and mainly psychological services via talking therapies. We do not provide acute services, nor inpatient patient services, nor detention facilities, and do not have an A&E department
