Request our help for live streams, video recording and other services

Online form: Request to live stream an event

TEL supports the live streaming via Zoom of events held in the Lecture Theatre. We do not offer live stream facilities from any other venue or room in the Tavistock Clinic or off-site. The remote audience is restricted to 100 virtual attendees. 

There are two types of live stream.

1. Open Stream - anyone with the stream link can join. This means the stream can be accessed by others beyond it's intended audience if the link is shared. We will supply a password to offer some security. 

2. Locked Stream - only individuals who have been invited via email may view the stream. These individuals will not be able to share this link. 

Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible in the first instance. This will allow us to decide whether we are able support the request. Please ensure you submit this form at least five working days before the event. 

There is an internal cost to TEL of £90 for managing live streams. Please be certain a live stream is required before submitting your request. 

Online form: Request to bring in a student/tutor via Zoom


Please provide as many details as possible about the online group seminar using the request form above. Please note remote participation by a student through Zoom must be authorised by the Course Lead in consultation with the Portfolio Manager.  

TEL only support Zoom sessions  for student group seminars. We do not support or lend equipment for other Zoom meetings taking place in the Trust such as course meetings, personal tutorials or business meetings.

Zoom has not been authorised for clinical use.
