Reflective Practice Group for Facilitators

Course overview

Reflective practice in groups is an invaluable opportunity for people to explore tricky issues in a supportive environment. It enables participants to build up a deeper sense of self and personal resilience as well as establishing a community of supportive peers. We are aware that many nurses facilitating Reflective Practice groups do not have an opportunity to think about their work or to have an experience of being in a group themselves.

It is anticipated that group members make the commitment to attend every planned session.
