Nii Swaniker

Nii worked for the Gender Development Service (GIDS) for 5 years as the London Clinical Endocrine Pathway Administrator. Alongside this role, he was the EDI Admin rep and Chair of the GIDS EDI forum, the chair for the Gender Steering Group and the Trust LGBTQI+ Champion. Nii is keen to address intersectionality issues within marginalised communities and has developed strategies to address this within these roles.
