Ruth Solomon: Lightly Go We
Having completed her studies at The Tavistock and Portman, Ruth is returning to showcase some of her latest work.
Clusters move together to sing and buzz. They throw up a net of harmonics. These clusters are temporary collectables. Some are repeated but never the same- like stones and shells and bits of wrapping paper cobbled together, they tell stories of our day to day concerns. They are deeply in our human form yet nowhere exactly to be found. They exist briefly in their relationships, before falling away again to make room for something else. What does it mean to be alive and humanely so... in amongst the growth of so many other life-forms?
