Join us for two free webinars on working with children and families
6 February 2017
We are delighted to invite you to two free webinars this month from Sadegh Nashat, lecturer in family psychotherapy at the University of Geneva and a previous Lead for child and adolescent primary mental health training here at the Tavistock.
The two webinars will be an introduction into working with children and families.
On Monday 13 February at 6pm we will host 'A brief introduction to child and adolescent mental health'. This webinar will focus on an area that has recently been in the spotlight, with the UK Government pledging more funding to help young people with psychological and emotional difficulties.
The webinar on Saturday 25 February at 11am covers ‘A brief introduction to working therapeutically with children’. Many psychological interventions have been developed to work with children, adolescents and families. This webinar gives some insight to practitioners working with young people who may not have a clear idea about what works best.
Attendance is free for both webinars.
Each webinar will last appropriately 45 minutes and will include time for questions and answers.
