NOW RESOLVED: Issues with Zoom, our online appointment provider

This issue has now been resolved by the providers of Zoom. Please accept our apologies if you were not able to join your appointment during the outages.

Zoom, the videoconferencing platform we use for our online appointments, is experiencing widespread outages. Users across the UK are reporting problems joining video calls. This is also affecting the clinical appointments that we deliver by Zoom.

Zoom is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. You can see the status of the Zoom platform on the Zoom website: https://status.zoom.us/
