GIDS research is helping to grow the evidence base in caring for gender diverse young people

29 June 2019

We’ve created a new section on the GIDS website to help inform the public debate, share best practice and keep you up to date on new sources of information and evidence.

The care of gender diverse young people is a contentious field and, as a service, we are committed to sharing new evidence when it is available.  In this new section you will find different types of papers, from psycho-social case discussions to medical papers looking at specific biological markers and outcome data. You will also find updates on our Early Intervention Study, the long-running trial looking at early pubertal suppression, and the new NIHR-funded longitudinal study, LOGIC.

Head to the research section on the GIDS website.
