Coronavirus (COVID-19) advice for our students
17 March 2020
advice applies to students registered on our postgraduate and Trust
Certificate programmes. Those due to attend an upcoming CPD event
will be contacted with further information.
The Trust has agreed that as of now face-to-face teaching is suspended with immediate effect for the remainder of this academic year and is moving towards delivery online wherever possible.
In light of these extraordinary times these measures will be put in place to ensure you can progress and succeed with your studies whilst maintaining our academic standards.
We will deliver as much of this activity online as possible from after the Easter break. Your course teams will be working from now to implement this for you, adopting principles of fairness, generosity and straightforwardness. We thank you for your patience while these plans are put in place.
You will be contacted before the summer term with details of the new arrangements as soon as they have been confirmed, through the usual communication channels.
We strongly advise you to continue to with your studies and associated coursework as normal.
We will be working with our university partners and the relevant professional bodies to make sure that the teaching and assessment alternatives we offer meet their standards and requirements.
We understand that this is an unsettling time and you may have questions about this change. Thank you for bearing with us while we address the challenges posed by this situation and be assured that we are working hard to support your progression and the quality of your training experience with us.
If you are worried about your studies or you feel you need help managing these changes, please contact the academic hub – firstname.lastname@example.org
