  1. Staff Count: Could you please provide the current total number of staff employed by the trust? (please could this be broken down by each year from 2019 to 2024)

Our staff numbers are publicly available, on our website, in the Trusts annual accounts, for each year, which may be accessed via this link:   Annual Reports Publication – Tavistock and Portman

  1. Remote/Hybrid Workers: How many staff members are currently designated as remote or hybrid workers? (please could this be broken down by each year from 2019 to 2024)

We do not designate anyone as a fully remote worker. Everyone has the option to request hybrid working (possibly with the exception of estates)

  1. How many days per week are hybrid employees allowed to work from home?

Most services require a minimum of two days in the office

  1. Remote Working Policy: I would appreciate it if you could share a copy of the remote working policy implemented within the organisation.

We are currently creating an agile/hybrid working policy. We do not designate anyone as a fully remote worker.

  1. How long has this been the policy and has it changed since the pandemic?

Not applicable.  See our response to Q4 above.

  1. Monitoring Work Hours: How do you ensure that remote or hybrid workers fulfil their full contractual hours?

We place trust in our people to be working during their contracted hours whilst not on site. Individuals have one to one meetings with their managers, clinical staff have remote clinical activity recorded on carenotes, (the Trust’s electronic patient record system), non-clinical staff will have other required outputs.

  1. Laptop Purchases in 2024: In the year 2024 so far, how many new laptops have been procured specifically for remote or hybrid working?

None.  All employees use laptops in the office

  1. Cost of Laptop Purchases: What has been the total cost associated with the procurement of these laptops in 2024 so far?

Not applicable – see our response to Q7 above.
