Not applicable. The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust does not utilise Staffing Roster systems

Not applicable. The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust does not utilise Direct Engagement Technology VAT efficiency model/provider systems

The Trust does not employ AHP staff, and only employ a small number of around 30 nurses at any given point, so we do not hire many agency nurses

This is managed in-house, costs are absorbed with our People Department under business as usual costs.

Not applicable. We do not undertake international recruitment campaigns.

6. Who are the main providers for Clinical Insourcing/Outsourcing/Mobile Units to help reduce waiting lists across all services, i.e. Theatres/Endoscopy/Dermatology etc.. and What’s the annual spend and contract end date.

The Trust does not engage Clinical insourcing for waiting list reductions.
